Refunds and Exchanges

  • We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, no refund or exchange will be offered.
  • Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges and refunds:
    • Due to the personalized nature of the product and the inability to resell to another customer, we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please email info@misstaku.com to process the exchange. If approved, we will send the information address to you.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@misstaku.com.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delivery times and any potential delays in delivery, but we can assist in obtaining more information and resolving any delays. Please contact us via info@misstaku.com.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
