Miss Taku respects the legislation in force regarding the security of customers' personal data. 

All data provided to Miss Taku by customers will be kept confidential. In compliance with the personal data protection law, the User may, at any time, exercise the right of access, rectification of information, cancellation and communication of their data through the email info@misstaku.com

The Client authorizes Miss Taku to automatically process the personal data provided in the order, in particular, for the purposes necessary for the creation of the contract, for management, registration and execution of orders. This information may also be accessed by Miss Taku's service providers and suppliers, namely, by accounting, taxation and auditing companies - being that any of the subcontractors only have access to what is strictly necessary within the scope of their intervention.

For greater security, all areas of our website that aim to collect information provided by the customer are protected by an SSL certificate.

The data that is provided to us by customers is used solely and exclusively for contacts made by Miss Taku, and these customers are not contacted by any third party, including Miss Taku's subcontractors.
